Order Policies:
Order Processing Policy: Please allow 3 days to have your handmade jewelry order ready. Shipment will be made as soon as your order is complete. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready to ship. Note that if you are paying by personal check (unless you are a repeat customer) items will not ship until your personal check has "cleared" the bank. (This takes 5-10 days).
Checks should be made payable to: Jealous Jewelry. We also accept ALL debit or credit cards.
Shipping Policy:
We offer Free shipping worldwide on orders of $100 or more! (Note: a flat rate of $9 S/H will be charged on all orders up to $100) All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Return Policy:
My goal is to have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied, the item must be returned within 10 business days in order to receive a complete refund excluding all shipping charges.
